Our sitters are trained to handle emergencies and will contact you immediately if one arises. We ensure they have all necessary information, including your vets contact details and your preferred emergency clinic.
Do you offer any services for pets other than dogs
Yes, we care for cats, birds, and small mammals too. Each pet is given individual attention based on their specific needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, we charge 50% of the booking fee.
